GUIDED TOURS
Guided tours take place every Saturday and Sunday at 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
FULL: €8
for the guided tour in Italian + entrance ticket according to the standard price list (full, reduced, free).
REDUCED: €5 from 7 to 17 years old.

The ticket is valid only for the selected date and time slot and is non-refundable. It can be purchased online or on-site.
Only online booking guarantees participation in the guided tour.
On-site purchase guarantees participation in the guided tour in order of arrival, until the maximum number of 25 participants is reached.

PRIVATE GUIDED TOURS
Private guided tours are available exclusively by reservation for groups of up to 25 people.
The tours last approximately one hour and include an in-depth exploration of the permanent collection and, when available, the temporary exhibition.
Tours are offered in Italian at a cost of €100 per group and in English at a cost of €150 per group; these fees are additional to the admission ticket.
Guided tours must be booked at least 5 working days prior to the desired date and time by sending an email to info@fondazionedarc.it.
Payment must be completed at least 3 working days before the visit by sending an email to info@fondazionedarc.it.
Guided tours for school groups must be booked at least 10 working days in advance by sending an email to info@fondazionedarc.it.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Tickets can be purchased on-site or through the website.
Access to the exhibition spaces is only allowed on the date specified on the ticket, except for Open tickets.
Eligibility for reduced and free tickets will be verified by the Foundation staff before entering the exhibition spaces.
ACCESSIBILITY
All the spaces of D’ARC Foundation are accessible to people with disabilities and motor disabilities.
Free guided tours for people with disabilities are available by reservation through V.A.M.I Volontari Associati per i Musei Italiani.
VISITOR GUIDELINES
– Visitors are asked to keep a safe distance from the artworks and not to touch them
– Visitors must follow the instructions provided by the staff
– Personal belongings should be kept to a minimum and bulky items should be limited
– Smoking is prohibited inside the whole building
– Spaces and exhibits may be photographed for personal use only
– The use of flashes, tripods and extendable selfie sticks is prohibited
– No journalistic or commercial photography is allowed without prior approval from the Administration at info@fondazionedarc.it
– Lost items will be kept for up to 30 days. In case of loss, please contact the administration at info@fondazionedarc.it
-Those accompanying children are requested to check that minors do not run into the halls
– Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs and certified therapy animals. A dog-sitting service is available upon reservation at www.Bauadvisor.it
